论坛预告｜4日地建师大会邀海内外嘉宾 畅谈当下热点【好房子】【城市再生】【设计传承】【材艺匠心】

地建师大会，以“设计迎合发展”为主题，邀请30多位海内外嘉宾 聚焦当下热点：【城市再生】、【好房子】、【中国设计传承与重释】、【材艺匠心】、【材料与科技创新应用】、【家具与装饰创新设计】、【智设未来】。围绕人们对生活品质的不断追求、高质量人居环境为时代课题，展开行业上下游产业链专题对话。

本次，地建师大会将携手博华旗下「摩登上海设计周MASION SHANGHAI」于9月9日-12日，在上海世博展览馆（浦东新区国展路1099号，博成路850号）H1馆举办。

DJSER Conference, under the theme "Design Meets Development," invites over 30 domestic and international guests to focus on current trending topics: 【Urban Regeneration】, 【Quality Housing】, 【Chinese Design Heritage & Reinterpretation】, 【Craftsmanship】, 【Innovation in Materials & Technology】, 【Furniture & Decorative Design Innovation】, and 【Smart Design】. Centering critical industry chains addressing humanity's pursuit of enhanced living standards and high-quality habitats. 

This time, DJSER Conference will be held in collaboration with 「MASION SHANGHAI」 (part of Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets) from September 9 to 12 in Hall H1 of the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (Address: 1099 Guozhan Road, 850 Bocheng Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai).

Innovation in Materials & Technology—GOLD IDEA

历经十年发展，金点奖升级为“双轨制”奖项体系，新增建筑装饰奖项。2025第一届中国建筑装饰金点奖，继续由红点奖创始人兼主席Prof.Dr. Peter Zec领衔担任主席，陆钟骁担任副主席，携手国内近30位知名建筑师/设计师组成豪华评委阵容。

本届中国建筑装饰金点奖，共计收到134个材料/产品/技术进行线上报名参赛；品牌方分别来自：德国、意大利、波兰、中国。其中，中国原创产品占比89.43%。同时，部分产品将在摩登上海设计周现场展陈参赛。9月9-10日，将通过演讲及评委巡展模式产生年度卓越奖及组委会金奖。

After a decade of development, the Gold Idea Design Award has upgraded to a "dual-track" award system, adding an architectural decoration award category. The inaugural 2025 China Architectural Decoration Gold Idea Design Award continues to be chaired by Prof. Dr. Peter Zec, Founder and President of the Red Dot Design Award, with Zhongxiao Lu serving as Vice Chairman, alongside a prestigious jury of nearly 30 renowned domestic architects/designers.

This year's Gold Idea Design Award received 134 online registrations for materials/products/technologies from brands in Germany, Italy, Poland, and China, with Chinese original products accounting for 89.43%. At the same time, some products will be exhibited at MAISON SHANGHAI. The Annual Distinction Product Award and Committee’s Gold Award will be determined through presentations and jury tours on September 9th-10th.

Craftsmanship—Urban Regeneration

材料与工艺的创新是城市再生的重要助力。本次论坛特邀金点奖评委代表分享前沿观点。共同探讨如何通过材料创新与工艺传承，为城市再生注入新活力，助力城市空间的可持续发展，展现匠心设计在城市更新中的独特价值。

Innovation in materials and craftsmanship is a vital driver for urban regeneration. This forum specially invites representative Gold Idea Design Award jurors to share cutting-edge insights.
